A mad herd of rival spies are desperate to get their hands on \nthe device, including legendary French singer Serge Gainsbourg as the \nleader of a sect of bald, turtleneck-wearing assassins, and Jess Franco \nvet Howard Vernon (THE AWFUL DR. ORLOF).
